Biography Highlight

Ma Xiaotian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Gongyi City, Henan province. He was born in 1949, joined the CPC in 1969, joined the Chinese PLA in 1965, and graduated from the 12th Aviation School with the academic credentials of junior college. He is an air marshal and was made deputy chief of staff of the air force in 1997. Ma was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
